INNOMetal® MouldShield

INNOMetal® MouldShield is an innovative metal coating for mould making that can be cast, rolled or painted. INNOMetal® MouldShield makes your moulds stronger, scratch-resistant and last longer.

The INNOMetal® MouldShield coating has a significantly better edge resistance and abrasion resistance than the previous Gelcoat-systems. The moulds coated with InnoMetal MouldShield have significantly longer tool life compared to the traditional moulds with a Gelcoat. Compared to galvanic coatings, INNOMetal® MouldShield coatings are much cheaper.

The repair of damages to the mould surface are easily possible. The INNOMetal® MouldShield Repair products are applied with a spatula to the surface, cured and sanded. Thereafter, the mould is operational again.
