bullet-point COATING PROCESS

INNOMetal® MouldShield can be rolled on or sprayed directly onto the original plug. Other gelcoat layers are no longer necessary. After a curing time of at least 3 days you can begin to build the back of the mould. Depending on the used materials there is no need of primers. For best possible adhesion sanding with ca. 100 grit is recommended. INNOMetal® MouldShield can also be sprayed onto a negative mould. After a curing time, the surface can be sanded and polished. Especially when using INNOMetal® MouldShield 70, the application and the final finish of the surface can be realized very quickly.
